Summer Camp Policies

How to Register:

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and require a $50 non-refundable deposit per camper. If you are registering multiple campers, please complete a separate set of forms for each camper. If you are writing one check for multiple students, please list all students in the memo area of your check.

Register for or make a Payment for Summer Camp

A deposit or full payment must be made with a credit card.

If you’re unable to make full payment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to process a registration.

You are not registered until this deposit is made.

Waiting List:

If a session of camp is full, a waiting list will be formed. Please register your camper as you would through the online system. You will be automatically placed on the waiting list in the order that you registered, and no money is required to be on the waiting list. The camp will notify you if and when a spot opens up for your camper.

A limited number of need-based scholarships are available each year. The application form for 2023 can be found here. The application deadline is May 5, 2023.  Scholarships will be awarded after this date.

Children’s Camps: 3:00 p.m. Check-in time
Junior and Senior High Camps: 10:00 a.m. Check-in time

Those arriving early need to be prepared to wait!

Registration Timeline:

Camp Registration will be open until the camp is full, at which time you can be added to the waitlist. You must make the minimum deposit to reserve your spot at camp.  Payment in full is due by June 1.  All camp forms and immunizations must be returned to the camp no less than two weeks before your camp.

To receive a refund, less the $50 non-refundable deposit, please submit a written request to Bridgeport Camp and Conference Center at least two full weeks prior to the start of the camp for which you have registered. No refunds will be made less than two weeks prior to, during, or after a camp session.

Camp Forms:

Medical  Releases for both Youth and Adults are embedded in the registration process so you do not need to submit a separate medical release. Current immunization records must be returned to Bridgeport Camp no less than two weeks prior to your camp.

After You Register:

Please inform the appropriate staff member at your church that you have registered for camp. Also, help Bridgeport Camp by promoting camp to others in your church!
